I wish to thank FCS Tactical and Guro Rico Cortes for honoring me with an invitation to join this distinguished group of martial artists. I hope to be able to contribute in any small way to the advancement of the filipino martial arts as well as the mission and message of this group. Once again, my deepest thanks to all of you.

Hello all,
Dr. Remy Presas jr. will be having a seminar on the weekend of October 17-18th in Orange Park, Florida. The seminar inofrmation is posted on the marpio web site, or you can contact me about it. It's going to be fun and we will be having a bbq on that sunday after the last class for an informal meet and greet...will remind folks abain when it gets closer to the date...

I can only give 1 word to express the Rico x2 [Sr. / Jr.] and it is "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious". Both have a very very warm personality with good humor and acceptance, the Sr. is an awesome teacher explaining everything with ease and understanding and mr Jr. Saganaki [ :P he is gonna be pissed 'bout this hee hee no hard feelings <3 love ya ] is one of the most lovable assistants either on seminar side or as a co-teaching assistant who is never giving a word out complaining :P. You were both a really good inspiration for me [ us ] to keep going and working even harder from now on.

Extreme seminar, I am really glad I had the chance to meet you both guys, be good and we will be in touch ^_^ for sure. And by the way my new moto will be 'OUZO - SAGANAKI - OPA!' haha.

Dearest Lakan Guro,
thank you for visiting Greece. Your seminars broadent my horizons and really helped me understand that in order to react correct to an attack and "flow" I need to focus on and understand the concepts of F.C.S. Kali. I also enjoyed the historical refferences during your seminars. I find amazing the fact that without hours of hard trainning, just by talking to you a few times I have improved so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
