Hello everyone! Just wanted to see how is everyone's training going. Hopefully everyone is doing well and free from injury and working off a little Thanksgiving turkey, so get out there and do some grappling and sweat it out. And also I just wanted to congratulate Marc Lawrence in hosting a stick grappling seminar, I wish I could been there to participate in that excellent training. Get out and do some Combat Grappling and some Combatives it might save your butt someday, so get out and grapple!

Absolutely Aaron. Like I said before that is definitely a point in my fighting that I like to give attention to so here I am getting ready to get down and dirty and Im going to start my training on my back and outweighed. Its the only way to go. Talk to you soon.

I want to thank Aaron not just for accepting me into this group but the group itself. If I had a personal weakness in my fighting it was in grappling so this group I will not only enjoy being a part of but will also have a deep personal interest in. Hello Rico, how are you doing. I am in Bristol England working for an animation studio through July. I am still looking for Arnis guys to play with over here. I found a student of one of the Dog Brother's schools. I haven't found the school yet. My wife Maria was here visiting for week. But I might check them out before I leave town.
