This is an incredible Filipino Martial Art style, and it has been developed by Supreme Grand Master Cacoy Canete of Cebu City in the Philippines.

Many of the C.D.P.E. techniques and drills were created because of the vast experience our teacher had developed because of all the experience that he gained from fighting in the 'Juego Todo' no rules stickfighting challenge matches that he fought in during the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and 1970's.

Were are fortunate to have been shown these combat effective techniques and drills, because they have been created from real combat experience!

Don't worry about the hours for a technique, but rather incorporate the technique or drill into your training sessions, and keep doing it in a relaxed way until you can do it without thinking!
